Lucknow: A disabled old person was strangled to death in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh. This case is related to Akrabad Gauhali village of Akil police station. It is being told that the disabled person was sleeping under thatch made outside his house. All the family members had gone to attend an event organized in the neighboring village. The family received the news of this incident in the morning and the police was informed about it. Taking possession of the body, the police has started investigating the matter sent for postmortem.

Some items of worship have been found at the scene, due to which it is feared that the matter may be related to the sacrifice. Apart from the police of the area, the SP also visited the spot. Police said that soon the accused involved in this murder will be arrested. Police is also interrogating family members in this matter. After this incident, there is an atmosphere of fear in the area. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the family since the death of the disabled person. Family members said that they could not walk because of paralysis. We are hoping that the accused will be arrested as soon as possible.

After inspecting the spot, Superintendent of Police Abhinandan has given information that there is a possibility of killing due to sacrifice from the material of worship recovered from the spot. At present, the whole matter is being investigated by sending the dead body for postmortem.
