This Friday, Ruma Devi, resident of Barmer, Rajasthan took part in the Karmaveer episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 11. The life of Ruma Devi has been full of struggles. Ruma Devi, who arrived in the show, said that she was married at the age of 17. She changed the lives of 22 thousand women with skill training.

Ruma Devi was awarded the Nari Shakti Award by President Ram Nath Kovind in the year 2018. Ruma Devi told that when I reached my in-law's house after marriage, I had no means to earn money. I used to do embroidery work, so I thought to do the same. I decided to do something. During this time, I also heard the taunts of family members and outsiders. Gathering 10 women, I started working.

Due to lack of money, I could not take him to a big hospital. This incident changed my life and I thought how many women will be like me who are living in suffocation. Then I was determined to change the lives of others.'
