KCR receives Yashwant Sinha at Airport, Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Yashwant Sinha, the presidential candidate for the opposition, was welcomed by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad.

KCR has said that he will extend support to Sinha in the forthcoming presidential election, which will take place on July 18.

On Saturday, opposition presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha is scheduled to visit Telangana. Also, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has plans to host a massive roadshow for Sinha.

There will be a meeting with TRS MPs and MLAs at noon. At the Hotel ITC Kakatiya, Sinha will also meet with the MP and MLA of AIMIM.

Election day for the presidency is July 18, and results will be tallied on July 21.

On June 21, Sinha was announced as the candidate of the Common Opposition.

This comes ahead of the two-day National Executive Meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which will be held in Hyderabad.
