Kejriwal backfires on Congress, digs up the Nihal Chand case

In a retweet Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has attempted to counterattack the defamatory statements made against the AAP governing body after the Sandeep Kumar sex tape has made the headlines countrywide. In his retweet he brought up the Nihal Chand case which created headlines a few months back.

Ganganagar MP Nihal Chand Meghwal was accused of rape by a woman who said her husband, an ambitious politician and a malefactor, sedated her, thence allowed his fellow politicians to rape her for political benefits. The woman had previously sparked up the media demanding a meet with PM Narendra Modi and the accused being brought to justice. Most of her demands didn’t stir any action other than Chand being dropped as MoS in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.

While Congress had previously grilled the goat fairly well, Arvind Kejriwal now seems to seek some solace by bringing a matter to public’s opinion which hasn’t been resolved yet by the opposition.

In midst of a blistering fire ignited by his own minister, Kejriwal is attempting to aglow himself as a righteous gallant who sets an example with quick actions by sacking Sandeep Kumar yester night.
