Ingredients of Banana Kebab

250 grams (peeled and chopped) raw bananas

1 large cardamom

¼ cup buckwheat flour

2 tsp rock salt

2 teaspoons (roasted and ground into powder) coriander seeds

1/2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp lemon juice

A (chopped) green chilli

2 tbsp coriander, chopped into pieces

Desi Ghee

Buckwheat flour

Preparation method:

First of all cook the banana, cardamom and ginger in a little water in steam. Then when the bananas become soft and the water runs out, then keep them aside to cool down. After it cools down, mash and mix the rest of the ingredients. Then knead them like flour and prepare long round roads. Now apply Kuttu flour on top. Now heat the ghee in the pan and fry it on a low flame. Then fry them till they become light brown on both sides. Serve hot at the end.
