Amboseli National Park: Adorned by the gigantic Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park is one of the top places to visit in Kenya for wildlife enthusiasts. Visit this place to spectate majestic views of the highest peak of Africa, and witness large herds of African elephants, and an extensive variety of wildlife such as Zebras, Giraffes, Cheetahs, and innumerable bird species. One of the main highlights of Amboseli is the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. Although the mountain is just across the border in Tanzania, Amboseli offers stunning views of its snow-capped peak as a backdrop to the park's savannah and wildlife.

Lake Victoria: Passing through 3 African countries namely Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, Lake Victoria is the largest lake on the whole continent. It is one of the best places to visit in Kenya where one can find peace amidst its tranquil environment, and also explore the extensive variety of aquatic life which includes species like African helmeted turtles, variable mud turtles, Williams’ mud turtles, and 500 species of fish which include non-native fishes like African tetras, Cyprinids, air-breathing catfish, and bagrid catfish.  Lake Victoria covers an area of approximately 68,800 square kilometers (26,600 square miles), making it the largest tropical lake in the world.

Nairobi:  Is the capital and the largest city of Kenya. It is one of the most popular Kenya tourist places which is known for its legendary colonial history, sprawling infrastructure, tea and coffee industry, and wildlife parks. One should visit this city to capture a glimpse of the historical heritage of Kenya, peep into its vibrant culture, spectate its vivid wildlife, and witness its stunning contemporary art. Nairobi is one of the major economic centers in East Africa, serving as a regional hub for finance, trade, and commerce. Many multinational companies and organizations have their regional offices in the city. As of my last update in September 2021, Nairobi's population was estimated to be over 4 million people. The city has experienced rapid population growth over the years, leading to urbanization and development.

Mt. Kenya National Park:  Situated at an altitude of 5,199 meters, Mt. Kenya is the second-highest peak in Kenya, and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This national park was established to conserve the endangered wildlife of the surrounding areas of Mt. Kenya. It has now developed into a full-fledged tourist attraction and is one of the top Kenya sightseeing places that is known for its exhilarating wildlife safari tours.  The park is situated about 175 kilometers (109 miles) northeast of Nairobi, Kenya's capital city. It covers an area of approximately 715 square kilometers (276 square miles). The park is named after Mount Kenya, an extinct stratovolcano with three main peaks: Batian (the highest at 5,199 meters or 17,057 feet), Nelion, and Lenana. The mountain is a popular destination for hikers and mountaineers seeking to reach its peaks.

Mombasa:  Mombasa has a rich history dating back centuries. It has been a prominent trading center and a strategic port for various civilizations, including Arab, Persian, Portuguese, and British traders. The city's history is reflected in its architecture, culture, and diverse population. Mombasa is known for its beautiful sandy beaches along the Indian Ocean coastline. It is a popular destination for both local and international tourists seeking beach vacations, water sports, and leisure activities. Some famous beaches in and around Mombasa include Diani Beach, Nyali Beach, and Bamburi Beach. Mombasa's Old Town is a historic area characterized by narrow, winding streets, ancient Swahili architecture, and historical buildings with intricately carved doors and balconies. The Old Town reflects the city's multicultural heritage and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
