Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, during the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, have taken the form of a tussle. While talking to the media on this matter, Deputy CM Keshav Maurya became emotional. He said that Akhilesh Yadav has insulted my late father.
Keshav Prasad said that I do not have a father, I am very hurt by his statement. This type of behaviour in the House does not suit Akhilesh Yadav. Keshav Maurya said that I had spoken in the House only as the Deputy Leader, but the behaviour of the Leader of the Opposition was not at all parliamentary and according to etiquette. In fact, on Wednesday, Akhilesh Yadav had asked Keshav Prasad in the assembly that who built the road to the headquarters of your district? In response, Keshav Maurya had surrounded the previous SP government and said that those who talk like roads, and expressways. It seems as if they have got all this done by selling Saifai.
Akhilesh was furious over this statement of Keshav Prasad Maurya. Akhilesh Yadav made an unsavoury remark, "You bring all this from your father to build it.''
