Meanwhile, Yash, who came to fame with the 2018 film K.G.F Chapter 1, will shortly star in the franchise's second edition. Prashanth Neel, who also directed the original film, is directing the remake. Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj, Anant Nag, and Achyuth Kumar star in Yash's upcoming film, which boasts an ensemble cast. The highly awaited project, produced by Vijay Kiragandur, will be released in theatres on April 14, 2022. The cinematography for the film was done by Bhuvan Gowda, while the music was composed by Ravi Basrur.
