New Delhi: Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, taking refuge in the United States, has openly endorsed and celebrated the terrorist attack in Rajouri on December 22, which resulted in the martyrdom of four Army personnel and injuries to two soldiers.
In a press release issued under the banner of the ‘Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front (KKRF),’ Pannun justified the ambush on two military vehicles in Rajouri, terming it a "consequence" of India's alleged violence against Kashmiris. The press note was shared on the social media platform X.
Referring to Kashmir as "India-occupied," Pannun accused the Indian Army of "genocidal violence" and advocated for a referendum in the language of the Pakistani ISI. Drawing parallels with the banned terrorist outfit "Sikh For Justice," which aims to conduct a Khalistan referendum for the separation of Punjab from India, Pannun called for terrorists to organize a "Kashmiri Independence Referendum."
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun is listed as the co-spokesperson of KKRF in the press release.
