Method of preparation

1 cup gram flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon green chilli and ginger paste
1 tablespoon oil
1 tsp rye
3-4 green chillies, chopped
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Juice of 1 lemon
A pinch of soda
Tempering pan
Dhokla Cam or Cake Tin

Method - For this, add gram flour, salt, sugar, yogurt in a vessel and make a solution by adding hot water to it. Be careful that there are no lumps in the solution. Now after this add ginger chilli paste and mix it well and prepare a thick batter. Keep this mixture for 2-3 hours. Now add one teaspoon of oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice to this mixture and mix it well. Now put the mixture in the cake tin or dhokla mold and cover it and cook it for 6 minutes at high heat. Now prepare dhokla till dhokla is being prepared. Now for this, put a spoon of oil in a tempering pan in medium heat and heat it. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and fry them. When the mustard starts to crackle, add green chilies and fry it for a minute. Now add a glass of water, sugar and lemon juice and cook till it comes to a boil. Now remove the dhokla from the microwave and pour this water over it and keep it for 20 minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve dhokla.
