Necessary Ingredients -
- 16 Black Gulanjamun
- 4 tablespoons of sugar powder
- One and a half teaspoon rose essence
- 3 cups of khoya
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Khoya powder according to requirement.
Method of preparation - Remove the sugar syrup from Gulabjamun's and then add the grated sugar powder to it. After this, to make the mixture even softer, mix milk in it and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. After that, now cool it and mix it and prepare 16 balls. Remember, press the prepared balls with your hands and flatten them so that Gulab Jamun can be covered by them. After this, after covering the gulab jamuns roll them well, apply powdered khoya on them and serve it.
