Noted Bhojpuri film singer and actor Khesari Lal Yadav is not all right now. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against him by a court in Chhapra district. Khesari Lal Yadav will face court proceedings in Bihar. Khesari Lal Yadav is accused of bouncing the cheque with which he paid the land after purchasing it.
A case was registered against Khesari Lal Yadav by Mrityunjaynath Pandey at Rasulpur police station on August 16, 2019. It said he had a discussion with Chanda Devi, wife of Shatrughan Kumar alias Khesari Lal Yadav, to sell the land he had purchased. There was talk of selling the land between the two for Rs. 22.7 lakh, which was registered at the Ekma registry office on June 4, 2019. Thereafter, khesari Lal Yadav gave a cheque of Rs.18 lakhs to the land seller in lieu of cash. Which Mrityunjaynath Pandey deposited in his account on June 20, 2019. But the cheque returned on June 24.
Thereafter, when they deposited it again on 27th June, the bank reported that the cheque bounced on 28th June, 2019. Mrityunjaynath Pandey, who sold the land, had then lodged an FIR against Khesari Lal Yadav. And he had alleged that he gave a cheque to pay the price of the land and it bounced. The same police registered a chargesheet on August 22, 2020. 406 Indian Penal Code 138 was registered under the NI Act. The court ordered summons against criminal Shatrughan Kumar alias Khesari Lal Yadav on January 22, 2021.
