According to media reports, Kia Seltos will also have several engine options for the powertrain. All engines conform to BS6 standards. The GT Line is powered by a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 140PS of power and 242Nm of torque, equipped with 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT. In addition, the Tech Line will have a 1.5-litre petrol engine that generates 115PS of power and 144Nm of torque, and the second 1.5-litre diesel engine will generate 115PS of power and 250Nm of torque. The petrol engine will be equipped with 6-speed MT and CVT and the diesel engine will come with 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT.

The Kia Seltos will feature a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system unit, 7-inch color MID unit, 8-inch head-up display, 400W boss audio system, multiple patterns and LED ambient sound mood lighting. Kia Seltos will feature features like 6 airbags, 3 level traction control, electronic stability program, 360-degree parking camera, hill start assist, vehicle stability management, ABS with EBD and front and rear parking sensors.
