EPL club Norwick City have announced an agreement with England's UNDER-21 international midfielder Kieren Dowell. Dowell, who left the Everton club to join Norwick, has signed a contract for a 3-year contract. Dowell scored five goals in 22 matches for Everton in the 2016–17 season. He has played for England's under-16, 17, 18, 20 and UNDER-21 teams since 2012. In addition, he has also been part of the England team that won the UNDER-20 FIFA World Cup in 2017.
