Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government is currently making constant efforts to prevent corona infection. In such a situation, a plan has been made to break the transmission chain by keeping the potentially infected persons of Covid-19 separated from the community. The scheme has been named as Kill Corona-II campaign. As per the information received, the campaign is scheduled to run from 24th April to 9th May 2021. The Government is taking the cooperation of public representatives, voluntary organizations, ASHAs, and health workers for the success of this campaign. Under the same campaign, collectors and Chief Medical Officers will select hot spots in rural areas of all districts.
The same places where the positive rate of Covid-19 is increasing will be made hot spots. The team members, who were recently formed by the administration, will go door to door to search for possible covid-19 cases with fever symptoms. In addition, training will also be imparted to the teams formed in all the districts of the State and the teams formed after the training will conduct the Vikaskhand-wise campaign. According to reports, health and ASHA workers involved in the campaign will also have adequate covid-19 prevention resources, non-contact thermometers, pulse oximeters, triple-layer masks, face shields, gloves, and medicines for treatment.
As per the orders issued by the Health Department recently, volunteers working development-wise through collectors and Chief Medical Officers, public representatives of the area, social workers will be included in the team. Each party will have at least five members and include one ASHA and one health worker. As per the order, infected areas, patients suffering from fever, cold, cold and potential lying with covid-19 will be sampled and treated by quarantine at home and treated with medicines.
