Kim Jong's government has announced that diplomats abroad should refrain from doing anything that is enough to provoke America. According to the report, Kim has expressed concerns about the new US President Biden's expected new approach to North Korea. This information was released after the MPs attended a private briefing by the National Peace Service.

One of the MPs, Ha-Ke-Kung, quoted NIS as saying that Kim was displaying "extreme anger" and that "irrational measures" were being taken on the epidemic and its economic impact. Kung said that the NIS told lawmakers that North Korea held a high-profile money changer in Pyongyang last month responsible for lowering the exchange rate.

According to information received, he was quoted by NIS as saying that a key officer was slaughtered by North Korea in August for violating government regulations prohibiting goods brought from abroad. The identity of the 2 people who have been punished has not been revealed. The NIS told lawmakers that North Korea has banned sea fishing and salt production in an effort to protect seawater from being infected with Covid. The NIS said North Korea also unsuccessfully attempted hacking at least one South Korean pharmaceutical company, which was trying to develop a coronavirus vaccine. North Korea has said that it has not received a single coronavirus case on its soil.
