Pune police say Kiran Gosavi has been arrested late in the night. As part of the information received in the case, Kiran Gosavi has been booked for cheating at the Farskhana police station in Pune. The case dates to 2018 and a lookout notice was also issued against him. Police say he had been absconding for several days. Pune police say they had also sent two teams to UP to nab Kiran Gosavi. Police say Kiran Gosavi and Sherbano Qureshi had tricked a young man named Chinmay Deshmukh from Pune into getting a job in Malaysia in 2018. Kiran Gosavi had thus duped the youth of Rs 3 lakh.

Pune Police has already arrested Sherbano Qureshi from Mumbai in connection with the case and now Gosavi has also been arrested.
