NEW DELHI: United Naga Council (UNC) imposed blockage on to the two main National Highways of Manipur, which is causing hardship to the people of Manipur. Prices of all the essential commodities have been increased, which people use for basic needs.

Home Affair Minister of the state, Kiren Rijiju relieved people by saying that he will talk to the state government and find out the solution to turn back all the situations normal.

Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh on Thursday asked Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi to handle the situation, blockage of two main National Highways has caused the worst affect on the local people.

Both the two National Highway were the main service highway of the state.
