Muslim women were relieved by the government's decision on triple talaq in the past days. The government's big decision has also been lauded by politicians, Bollywood personalities and the general public. Several stars, including Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, Tapsi Pannu, Kangana Ranaut, applauded the government's decision and described it as a good move in the interest of women. Now, Actresses Kirti Kulhari has made her point on this.

In a recent exclusive interview, actress Kirti Kulhari questioned, "What has been going on in the country for so many years? As far as I understand, this Triple Talaq, which were ruled in the Holy Qur'an, were mistakenly mocked by people and the same joke was continued for so many years. How strange is it that someone called you Talaq for three times and your marriage and all the talk is over, isn't it really a joke?

"When people can't change, you have to change the rules," says Actress Kirti on the issue. The same has been done by the government, people were not ready to change, so the law was changed. There was no other alternative than changing the law to improve the condition of Muslim women, and now Muslim youths will have to resort to justice as everyone else if they want to get divorced from their wives.
