New Delhi: United Kisan Morcha (SKM) leaders held a meeting with Haryana administration officials on Thursday. It was decided that a portion of GT Karnal Road would be opened for oxygen, ambulance, and other essential services. On which Delhi police has put up barricades.

The meeting, which was held in the presence of senior officials including SP, CMO of Sonepat, was attended by the leaders of The United Kisan Morcha from Singhu border. Soon a portion of the main road will be opened to emergency services. The United Kisan Morcha said that for some reason no ordinary citizen should have any problem and the war against corona should be won soon. While the SKM BJP and the Central government have accused the protesting farmers of obstructing the supply of oxygen in Delhi city, it has been observed that the police are wrongly blocking the trucks supplying oxygen towards the farmers' dharna sites instead of pointing them to the right route.

Kisan Morcha said that farmers must be more in number, but they are sitting far and wide and the path is open for essential services. In a statement on behalf of the United Kisan Morcha, Dr. Darshan Pal said that farmers are preparing to return to the protest sites in large numbers. On April 23, a large convoy of protesters in tractor trolleys will leave Barwasani in Haryana's Sonepat district for the Singhu border. These farmers are associated with Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee
