Kisan Mahapanchayat in Muzaffarnagar today, officials on high alert

On Sunday, farmers will screech at GIC ground in Muzaffarnagar on the call of United Kisan Morcha. Farmers from other states of the country including western UP will also participate in the Mahapanchayat demanding withdrawal of agricultural laws. Farmers started reaching Muzaffarnagar on Saturday. Police, administration are on alert over Kisan Mahapanchayat. Bhakiu made tolls free except NH-58 from Saturday itself. The toll will remain free between Meerut and Muzaffarnagar on Sunday as well.

On the call of the same United Kisan Morcha, Kisan Mahapanchayat has been convened at GIC Maidan in Muzaffarnagar on Sunday. Bhakiu officials claim that Kisan Mahapanchayat will be historic. Lakhs of farmers will gather in the Mahapanchayat. Every state of India will be represented in the Mahapanchayat. In addition to Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan, farmers from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Kerala have also started coming.

He was the president of Karnataka Pradesh Ryot Sangh and a great agricultural scientist, Dr. Many farmers including Najuda Swami's daughter have reached Muzaffarnagar. People have started arriving from different districts of western Uttar Pradesh including Aligarh, Mathura, Agra. On the other hand, batches of farmers from other states also reached the Ghazipur border. They too will reach the Muzaffarnagar Mahapanchayat by a late night or early morning. BKIU national spokesperson Rakesh Tikait has told that the farmers and workers are watching the Mahapanchayat of September 5 with their own identity.
