Today is the birthday of Waheeda Rehman, the famous actress of Indian cinema. According to the news received there, the Madhya Pradesh government is going to honor the Kishore Kumar Samman 2018. It has been announced and in this respect, Waheeda Rehman has been asked to provide Rs 2 lakh, shawl-shriphal and citation. This honor was to be given to Waheeda Rehman in Khandwa on Kishore Kumar's 32nd death anniversary on October 13 last year, but due to ill health, Waheeda could not attend the program. It is being said that due to this she will be given this award at her Bandra residence in Mumbai on 4 February.

Waheeda once wanted to become a doctor but due to financial constraints she could not fulfill her dream. She started her career with the film CID in which Guru Dutt was in the lead role and Waheeda was also awarded the Filmfare Award for the film Guide released in 1965. So far, awards like Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan have also been awarded to Waheeda Rehman.
