Kisi Ka Bhai opens in theatres on April 21. Kisi Ki Jaan marketing began late but generated a lot of interest among fans. The film, which starred a number of stars in addition to Salman, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and directed by Farhad Samji. The film failed to beat the record of Salman's previous Eid releases.

Kisi ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan had a poor opening day at the Indian box office, earning around Rs 13.50 crores nett. The collections are somewhat higher than the estimations released last night, since the national chains gathered slightly more than what was revealed the day before. PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis, India's three major chains, have collectively paid Rs 5.35 crores. The performance of mass centers and non-national chains has been comparatively better than that of plexes. The ratio of national multiplexes to non-national multiplexes and single screens is comparable to that of last year's release Prithviraj, which likewise received roughly 60% of its mullah from non-national chains and single screens. 

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film earned Rs 15.81 crore on its opening day. He wrote, "#KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan is underwhelming on Day 1. More so when one compares it with #SalmanKhan’s #Eid releases from 2010 to 2019. Metros weak, mass pockets better, but not great. Extremely important for biz to jump multi-fold today [#Eid] Fri‚¹ 15.81 cr."

Salman will also appear in the coming action thriller film Tiger 3 in addition to Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film, which stars him opposite Katrina Kaif, will be released in theaters later this year. Tiger 3 is a part of the YRF Spy Universe, which is India's most powerful intellectual property with enormous potential. In the next years, the universe will see more fascinating moves like War 2 and Tiger Vs Pathaan. Salman Khan's 2024 release date has yet to be decided, but a decision is expected shortly.
