Though Punjab suffered defeat Punjab’s batsman KL Rahul impressed the audience with his phenomenal knock. Rahul notch up an unbeaten score of 100 runs off 63 deliveries. With the impressive knock, Rahul joined Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina in an elite T20 club.

Rahul became the fourth centurion this year and 10th from the KXIP camp overall. And, he became the third Indian batsman to score a century in both IPL and T20I.
