By separating its water while cooking the rice, you can use it to fix various aesthetic problems.

How to make rice water -

Take half a cup of raw rice and soak it in water and keep it for the night. Separate the water from rice in the morning. Add some essential drops of Essential Oil to make it more effective. Now you can use it.

For skin -

Vitamins are found in sufficient quantity of rice water. It is full of antioxidants. In such a case it is a great product for skin. To use it, soak a cotton cloth in rice water and apply it on your face. It works as a fine cleaner and toner. Apart from this, you can fill it in a spray bottle and use it as a spray.

For hair -

In the water of rice, there is a carbohydrate named Inositol which is known to strengthen hair. You can also use rice water as shampoo and conditioner. After shampooing in hair it can be used. For this, stir the rice water on the head and massage the hair and scalp. After that wash the hair with plain water. Using it once or twice a week is extremely beneficial. To give more nourishment to the hair, you should keep it in the hair for 10-15 minutes.
