We all make things to eat at our home. In vegetable we make something new every day and every day we try to make vegetables in a new way. Vegetable of bhindi is the favourite of many people, but very few people know how to make it with another method. There are many ways of stuffing ladyfinger, pickled ladyfinger. Now today we are sharing with you the recipe of Achari Dahi Bhindi. It is not made by using pickles, but lots of chillies and tomatoes are added to it, which makes it spicy. 

Ingredients:

500 grams - Okra
3 tablespoons - oil
1 small spoon - fennel
1 tbsp
1 teaspoon - mustard
One-fourth teaspoon - fenugreek
Salt to taste
A pinch of asafoetida
One fourth teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Half a teaspoon fennel
A big spoon lemonade pickle
Half a cup of yoghurt whipped

Method - For this, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Put fennel seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds in a mixer and grind them. Break 2-3 pieces of each ladyfinger and put it in the pan. Then add salt and mix and cook covered. Now add hing after this. Add Masala and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix once again. Now add fennel, cover the pan and cook. After a while add lemon pickle and add yoghurt and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
