The year 1937 was the time when the Congress formed the government and started doing a lot of work on the ground. At that time, left politics was also at the end of its own. Then it was being said that this is the right moment when the agitation should be shaken by the British government's chickens and the full swaraj should be received. Subhas Chandra Bose was made president of the Congress in the year 1938. They also used to take the side of the left organizations. Then, in the year 1939, he again came to the race of candidates for this post. He said that I will bring a new ideology. Sardar Patel, Kripalani, Rajendra Prasad argued that it was not the chairman's job.

Then, from Gandhiji's speech in this election, all these leaders made Pattabhi Sitaramayya a candidate, but it happened that the election Bose won. Because Sitaramayya was a candidate standing on behalf of Gandhiji, Gandhiji then said, "This is my defeat. Then came the time when the Brit-Shi regime faced the challenge of the Second World War. Now, Subhas Bose's traffic was that it was the perfect moment to have an agitation." There is already pressure on the British, there will be the pressure of agitation, we can easily get freedom. But then the rest of their people did not agree to it. Then the disagreement gradually increased so much that Subhas Bose left the Congress and formed a new party in the name of ' forward block'.
