But do you know that raw vegetables are more beneficial for our health than cooked vegetables, because when we cook a vegetable, then the nutrients and enzymes present in the vegetables are eliminated. 

Vegetables contain abundant amounts of anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, fibers and they contain plenty of calories, a recent research has revealed that if you cook the vegetable then existing vitamins and minerals in it can be destroyed, due to which the consumption of cooked vegetables can affect our digestive disorders.
