Several times swelling appears around the face and eyes  in the morning. Most people do not understand the reason for this swelling. This swelling disappears after a while. Today, we are going to tell you about some causes of swelling in the morning around the eyes and face.

1- Anyone can be weather allergic. Pollution spread in the environment, exposure to dust mites, food allergies, and weakness of immunity power can be  reasons of swelling. 2- Consumption of sugar and salt in excess quantity can also cause swelling on the face in the morning. Drinking excessive amount of sugar and salt leads to water retention problem. By which water accumulates in many tissues of the body and swelling in the face or in other parts of the body.

3- Those who have problems with sinuses, in their eyes also appear swelling at morning time. Due to, sinuses the cough gets accumulated in the air, causing swelling on the face.
