Fruit is delicious in eating as well as for health also are very beneficial. Fruits contain abundant nutritious properties. Those who help keep the health healthy, but do you know that if you consume fruits at the right time, then your health can be doubly  beneficial. Today we are going to tell you the right time to eat fruits. 

1- Pomegranate should always eat in the morning. Eating the pomegranate in the morning keeps the energy all day long in the body. If you eat pomegranate at night, then your health will not be of any use to you. 

2- Papaya is a very delicious fruit. Papaya should always eat in the morning breakfast or in the afternoon lunch. If your weight is very low then papaya consumption can prove to be beneficial for you. After eating lunch with papaya, weight increases after daily lunch. 

3- Orange paste should never be used in the empty stomach. You may have acidity problems by taking orange in an empty stomach. The orange should always be eaten after about four o'clock in the afternoon. This will benefit the health. 

4- Grapes taste is sour sweet. It works to keep water balance in the body. By taking grapes in the empty stomach, the body remains healthy.
