Nowadays, even without season, every vegetable and fruit is being sold in the market, but the fruits and vegetables stored in the market are not good because its quality degrades by storing. Therefore these fruits and vegetables do not benefit you. Fresh fruits should always be consumed, sometimes we bring fruits but keep it for several days. Eating fruits for several days does not cause any harm, but we do not get the full advantage of eating fruits from it. The nutritional capacity of the fruits kept dropping.

Eating fruit along with peels is very beneficial. Such as apple, pear, guava, chiku, etc because the peels of these fruits are high in fiber. Through which our body gets nourishment. Fruit should always be washed and cleaned and then consumed. Eating fruits with black salt nakes it more tastier, as well as our digestion also become good. Black salt helps to clean our stomach. The fiber from the fruit removes the dirt accumulated in the stomach. The best time to eat fruit is in the morning before breakfast and before lunch. You can also consume fruits in the interval of time between lunch and dinner. It is not advisable to eat fruits with food or immediately after eating. Always eat fruits in the day or in the morning because sugar is found naturally in fruits which gives us energy. We cannot eat fruit at night providing going waste, due to which our sleep is broken again and again.
