Shimla: In Himachal Pradesh, these days every party is continuously seen in action. Here at this time the issue of rebels also remains in the discussion. For the time being, it is reported that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also entered the fray to get the Bharatiya Janata Party out of trouble. Some time back, a video had surfaced, in which the PM was purportedly explaining to a rebel from the hill state. However, this video has not been officially confirmed nor commented on by the Prime Minister's Office. In fact, former BJP MP Kripal Parmar is contesting from the Fatehpur seat as an independent candidate.

In such a situation, it is reported that he was angry with the party since he was not fielded in the Fatehpur by-election and at the same time he is also raising questions about BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda. However, in a conversation with a famous channel, he said, 'Nadda Ji has insulted me for 15 years.' He says, 'I am fighting, not with the official BJP candidate. This election is between me and the Congress candidate.' With this, Parmar told the channel that the call was not fake and that PM Modi had called him on October 30.

With this, he further said, 'We have known each other for 25 years. When he was in-charge of Himachal Pradesh and I was the vice president, we travelled a lot and stayed together. I have family relations with him. I consider him my god.' At the same time, he said, 'I am still contesting elections. I told Modi Ji that if he had called a day earlier or even a second earlier, I would have withdrawn.' He said he was informed on the same day. He was told later, this is also part of the conspiracy. Simultaneously, in the viral video, a voice is going from the other side of the phone, 'If Modi has any role in your life...' To this Parmar is replying, 'Has a big role.'

Further he was saying, 'Don't underestimate the value of this phone call.' Parmar replied, 'No, this call is God's order for me.' (Live Hindustan does not confirm the veracity of the viral video.) Further, he said, 'I don't know what happened in the year 2017. Nobody told me what happened. They have stopped fielding me as a candidate. People started making fun of me in the party.' At present, it is reported that about 30 rebel candidates are in the fray in the 68-seat assembly.
