In the latest episode of Kuch Rang Pyay Ke Aise Bhi Season 2, Dev is seen struggling the Shubh's diaper when nanny helps him out. She also gives him a few tips about how to handle the baby with extra care. Sona calls up Dev but Ishwari picks up the phone and she tries to explain to her that nobody can take a mother's place. Ishwari tells her how Shubh is too small and he needs his mother's love and cares the most. Sona tells her it was Dev's decision and she is helpless now.But Sona assures Ishwari that after this month she will quit her job and take the responsibilities of the kids.

Ishwari goes to check on the kids when she finds nanny over the phone with Shubh in her arms while Dev is helping Golu with his shoes. Suhana complains of stomach ache and decides to take her to the doctor once again. Dev asks the nanny to come along with them along with Shubh but Ishwari stops them and says she will take care of the baby.But Dev insists on taking Shubh with him to the hospital. Ishwari calls up Sonakshi and tells him about this. She tells Sona that Suhana's stomach infection is back and that she must be taken care of. Sona says she will rush to the hospital.

In her office, Sona has to cancel her important meeting with office management as she had to rush to the hospital. Her colleagues insist that she stays and monitor the meeting but she says her family is her priority right now. Ishwari wants to go to the hospital but mama ji stops her and asks her to wait a little longer. Ishwari then goes with mama ji to the hospital to find Sona there. The doctor tells them that Suhana is not free of the infection and needs a few more days to recover.

Sonakshi calls up home and comes to know that Dev is boiling water for the kid while many are busy over the phone. She can hear Shubh's cries and decides to go home. She is shocked to know that nanny is not following the instructions. Ishwari gets upset and decides to speak with the nanny and takes away her phone. Sona also scolds nanny for not informing them about Suhana's health. Nanny gets angry and misbehaves with Ishwari, Dev scolds the nanny.
