We are talking about the village of Kuldhara, located about 25 km from the city of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. In India, this village is called as the scariest village. Brahmins used to live in this village, but now this village is cursed. There was a beautiful girl in this village, due to which this village suddenly became deserted like the fort of Bhangarh. Till date, no one has gone back to this village.

It is said that the ancestors of the Paliwal Brahmins were related to Rukmini, the wife of Lord Krishna and it is also believed that Paliwal Brahmins used to be their priests. Around the year 1825, there used to live Paliwal farmers. Because of a girl the whole village got destroyed, no one knows what happened and where have the people gone? It is still a mystery which is yet to be solved.
