Ingredients:
Bhindi - 250 g.m
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Gramflour - 2 Table spoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspoon
Rice flour - 1 Table spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Oil
Salt - according to the taste (salt)
Method:
Wash Bhindi with water thoroughly. After that, remove both the stems by cutting it. Now cut off the bhindi and take out the seeds. Cut the whole bhindi and put it in a bowl.
Now add salt, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric in Bhindi and mix well.
Heat oil. Now add bhindi to it and cook the with high flame for the first 1-2 minutes. After that, cook on medium flame. Kurkuri Bhindi is ready.
