Kurnool: Centrally Sponsored Scheme, 'Pradhan Mantri Vani High-Speed Network' was launched in Uyalwada village of Kurnool district. Speaking on its launch programme, Finance Minister Bugna Rajendranath Reddy said that he is happy that the high speed network was launched in Uyyalawada village, a native of the great freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. He said that India is one of the emerging countries which is competing with well developed countries in employment, trade and many other areas.

The high speed network will greatly help the students to easily listen and attend online classes, work from home and online marketing. The aim of digitization is to ensure development in the nook and corner villages and transform them into smart villages. Nandyal MP Pocha Brahmananda Reddy said that with the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, we were able to establish PM Vani high speed network in Uyyalawada village. It is the happiest occasion to celebrate, the MP said.

Earlier, the Finance Minister along with MP and Chief Whip of the Government Gangula Prabhakar Reddy, MLA from Allagadda Gangula Brijendra Nath Reddy launched the PM Vani High Speed Network. BSNL Director Manoj Kumar, Uyalwada Tehsildar Subhadra, MPDO Murali, Kalyani, MPP Budda Bhayamma and ZPTC Kasani Punya Lakshmi Devi participated in the program.
