The month of Sawan is very dear to Shivaji and Maa Parvati. It was in this month that Shiva Ji, pleased with mother Parvati's penance, agreed to marry her. It is said that worshipping Shiva Ji with reverence and devotion in this month makes him happy quickly and fulfills his desire. That is why, in the month of Sawan, devotees of Shiva pray in their own ways to please him and seek his blessings. Some of them fast throughout the sawn, some fast on the Monday of Sawan and serve Mahadev on the rest of the month. If someone is destitute throughout the day, some people consume fruits and sendha salt. If you also observe a fast on the days of Sawan, you can try dumplings made of kuttu flour during fasting. Content:-
1 bowl kuttu flour,
2 potatoes (chopped into thin-long slices),
2 green chilies chopped,
Finely chopped coriander leaves,
1/4 tsp pepper powder,
Sendha salt to taste,
To make a water solution,
To fry oil.

Create as:-
First add kuttu flour, salt, and pepper powder to a bowl and mix well. Now add slowly and water to it and make a thick solution. Then, add potato slices, chopped green chilies, and coriander and mix everything well. Now add oil to a pan and keep it to heat. After the oil is hot, add the dumplings and crisp on both sides. Then, remove the dumplings on a plate on tissue paper so that extra oil absorbs tissue paper. Then serve the hot dumplings with curd.
