Kuwait City: The global pandemic coronavirus infection has shaken the economy of most Middle East countries. The condition of the economies of the Arab countries dependent on oil has become more crispy. In such a situation, the governments there are tightening the rules regarding migrant workers, so that the local people can be given employment.

In this series, Kuwait is coming with a new law, which can affect more than 8 lakh Indians. Kuwait is going to take tough steps to reduce unemployment. According to the report of Kuwait Times, the National Assembly of Kuwait has drafted to limit the number of migrant workers. This law will limit the number of migrant workers in Kuwait and will be implemented within the next 6 months.

Earlier it was being told that there is no such thing as cancellation of visa in law, but in its new draft, there is also a proposal to revoke the recognition of certain visas. According to the report, concession will be given on quota system in ten different categories of this law. This exemption will be given to those working at home, medical staff, teachers and citizens of GCC.
