New Delhi: The workers working in the unorganized sector in the country will get pension of three thousand rupees per month. This decision was taken in the first meeting of the cabinet. Earlier this day, Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar has signed the proposal after taking charge of the ministry. This plan will play an important role in securing the future of workers of the unorganized sector.

Eligibility
According to sources, workers of 127 unorganized sector who work in hawks, rickshaw drivers, wage workers, wage laborers and households can get monthly pension of Rs 3000 after 60 years. Under the scheme, the unorganized sector workers of 18 to 40 years of monthly income of up to Rs 15 thousand are eligible for this scheme.

Government will also provide subsidy
Under the scheme, the workers will be given a certain amount of premium per month according to their age group. The government will also give the subsidy of the same amount of premium. The minimum monthly premium is 55 rupees and maximum is 200 rupees per month, which will be auto debit from the person's bank account after submitting the first premium. In this, the government will also deposit the premium amount.
