Lady Charlotte Armstrong was born on 7 December 1986 in the town of Essex in England. Her parents were Catholic Christians.

Her career began fairly young. As a kid, little Charlotte performed as a child Actress in BBC School Drama 'Hope & Glory with Lenny Henry'. She was also a resident Child Model on British 'Show This Morning'.

However, an unforeseeable spiral of events occurred. She was left homeless. Wandering the streets of her city, she was sheltered by The Marylebone Project. They helped her regain her confidence and rebuilt her life. In 2020, she returned to her former shelter. This time as a generous donor and ambassador.

Her vast skillset came in handy to Lady Charlotte. After getting on her feet again, she launched the Lifestyle product line Too Glam HQ. The firm became the first to incorporate biodegradable diamond dust into its products. After the immense success of the website, She launched the Too Glam HQ app in 2020.

During the pandemic, Lady Charlotte contemplated on the kind of solutions that would help women navigate traumatic episodes in their lives and emerger ever more confidence. She recalled her own experiences with homelessness and abusive relationships. The result was LIP© Ladies In Power.

LIP© Ladies In Power is a community along with being business consultation platform where women can feel a sense of community with other female professionals and entrepreneurs, learn better accountability and feel motivated about their future endeavours.
