New Delhi: Hearing the violence case in Lakhimpur Kheri, the Supreme Court said it was a case of the brutal killing of 8 people. What CBI investigation has been considered. On this, Harish Salve, appearing before the court on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government, said that no such demand has been made. Give some time to the state government. The Supreme Court said that there have been serious allegations in the case, just as you treat other people, so should the case be treated.

In fact, the Supreme Court has tightened its stand and attitude toward the Uttar Pradesh government in the Lakhimpur violence. The court has said there are serious charges of murder. No matter how many accused are there, why were they not dealt with as they should be. Why has CBI not been asked for an inquiry? How will the local authorities conduct an impartial inquiry into the matter? The apex court said it was a case of brutally killing 8 people. Has the CBI investigation been considered? Salve said there has been no demand from the state government for CBI inquiry. Give some respite to the state government, let it be heard on October 18.

Earlier, CJI NV Ramanna started hearing the case and said that more than 100 emails have come to us. We will give the state government a chance to speak first. The Supreme Court will now hear the matter next on October 23.
