Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri Tikunia violence case, murder charges have been framed against 14 including the son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni. Police had filed a charge sheet in the court against all the 14 accused, including Ashish Mishra, the son of the Union Minister, who was imprisoned in the district jail in connection with the farmers killed in the violence. While hearing the case, the court framed charges against all the accused. A hearing was held in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge First Sunil Kumar Verma. Now the trial of this case will start.

Let us tell you that the discharge application of all the 14 accused, including the minister's son Ashish Mishra, in the Tikunia violence case was rejected on Monday. At the same time December 6 i.e. today was fixed for framing of charges against these 14 accused. A total of 8 people including 4 farmers lost their lives in the incident in Tikunia, Lakhimpur on 3 October 2021, and Ashish Mishra was accused of crushing those farmers. All the 14 accused including accused Ashish are currently lodged in Lakhimpur District Jail. There were a total of 14 accused in the case filed by the farmers, out of which one is out.

Now the next date has been fixed on December 16 for the next hearing. There are a total of 14 accused in this case, including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs. One of the accused is out of jail on bail. A total of 8 people, including four farmers, lost their lives in the famous Tikuniya incident on 3 October 2021. Two cases were registered in this matter. A case was filed by the farmer's side, in which 14 accused including Ashish Mishra are accused.
