The new show 'Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil' stars Drashti Dhami, Arjun Bijlani and Laksh Lalwani in lead roles. Whereas Drashti and Arjun has more popularity, Laksh infront of them is a newbie. In a talk with daily, he speaks his heart out.
To work with Arjun, “Arjun has been part of the industry for the last 15 years whereas I have just begun. If I start competing with him, I will be making the biggest fool of myself. How is the comparison even plausible?” he said. “My graph has been pretty decent. I’m happy with that. Three years back, I was just an ordinary Delhi guy who wasn’t even earning,” added by Laksh.
Laksh on getting success stated, “Today I am a 20-year-old guy who has made a name for himself, owns a house and has car in a city like Mumbai. Now that is growth for me. I cannot complain to anyone or get insecure that I am not the main guy in the show. That will be unfair. Arjun and Drashti are my seniors and I have great respect for them.” “I don’t believe in the concept of lead or parallel lead. I believe the character you play should be strong enough.”
“Most reviews I have got so far say my character is being showcased as stronger than Arjun. Nobody is saying he has more screen space than me,” the actor concluded by saying.
