Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon is admitted in Medanta Hospital in Lucknow. Right now, his condition is steadily improving. Director of the hospital Rakesh Kapoor said on Wednesday that the Governor is being given food through a tube. Now his liver, kidney and heart are working properly.

Governor Tandon was admitted to Medanta Hospital on 11 June due to difficulty in urine and fever. His treatment was started after a urine infection was found. Tests found problems with his liver. Kapoor said that he could be discharged soon given the rapid improvement.

Tandon is currently placed on the ventilator support system. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, State Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, Keshav Prasad Maurya, State President Swatantra Dev Singh and other leaders visited him to know his condition.
