'Lalu Yadav can get me shot,' Nitish Kumar fears RJD supremo

Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Tuesday made a big statement about RJD national president and former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav. He has said, 'Lalu can shoot him.' In fact, CM Nitish reacted to Lalu Yadav's statement on Monday that he had come to Patna from Delhi to immerse Nitish Kumar. On this, CM Nitish said in a sharp manner, "Lalu cannot do anything else, but he can definitely get him shot.'

Talking to the media, former Bihar CM and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav had said on Monday, "I was unwell and in custody due to which I could not campaign in two elections. But now by-elections are taking place and I have been able to come back because of the love of the people. So, on 27th October, I will address the people at Kusheshwar Sthal and Tarapur bypoll seats and ensure the 'immersion' of the ruling NDA alliance of state CM Nitish Kumar.'

Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has often been in the news for making controversial statements, had recently termed Congress state in-charge Bhaktcharan Das as 'Bhakchonhar.' Lalu Yadav, who is on his first visit to Bihar after being released from jail on bail in the fodder scam case, made the statement while talking to the media.
