Patna: Next month is the festival of Deepavali but october 20 will be no less than Deepavali for RJD. On this day the enthusiasm will be on top, the faces will be shining with joy. There will be an opportunity to welcome party Supimo Lalu Yadav. In fact, after a long wait and gap, Lalu Prasad Yadav is returning to Bihar, after which the faces of RJD reporters have swelled.
The party has its own plan behind why RJD turned away this time for Lalu Prasad Yadav to come to Bihar. In Bihar, by-election is in two seats but now it has become a nose-dive for political parties. The alliance has already taken a grand alliance over the bypoll. RJD- Both the Congress have fielded their candidates. Both the parties want to taste victory.
The RJD, on the other hand, cautiously declared the names of its candidates not only in both the seats but also finalised the list of star campaigners with 20 names. Lalu Prasad Yadav is at the top of the list. It may be recalled that the Congress had finished second in kusheshwarsthan seat in last year's assembly elections, so the Congress was staking its claim to the seat but RJD fielded its candidates in the seat including Tarapur. Lalu Prasad Yadav has to campaign in these seats and garner a majority.
