Ranchi: Bjp MP Nishikant Dubey has been in trouble with Jharkhand's Godda. In a property purchase case, the Deputy Commissioner's Court has ordered the registration of an FIR against his wife. The court also canceled a deal. According to the report, the deal pertains to the famous Alloceace Dham in Deoghar, where a Kothi was purchased here.

The deputy commissioner's court has ruled in the case. The deal was named after online Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Anamika Gautam, wife of MP Nishikant Dubey owns the company. The deal alleged that the registry was wrongly done. In this connection, the sub-registrar of Deoghar, Rahul Choubey has filed the case. Following the deputy commissioner's order, five persons including Nishikant Dubey's wife Anamika Gautam have been booked in Deoghar Nagar police station.

In addition to Anamika Gautam, the case has also been filed against Sanjeev Kumar, Kamal Narayan Jha, identity deity Pandey and witness Sumit Kumar Singh. Case number 42/21 has been registered in Nagar Thana. The accused have been booked under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 120 B.
