Rampur: Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Azam Khan from Rampur Lok Sabha seat is charged for multiple cases. Now a case has been registered against 37 people including his elder son Adeeb Azam Khan for possession of the land. This is a matter related to the land of the gallows house located behind Rampur jail. A few days ago, on the complaint of BJP leader Akash Saxena, the District Magistrate had set up an inquiry.

According to the information, after an investigation on this matter on Friday (September 20), a case has been registered in Ganj Kotwali. Section 420, 447 and Section 3 (2) b of the Public Property Loss Prevention Act 1984 have also been imposed against Adeeb Azam in the FIR. Additional District Officer JP Gupta has told that the land of gate number 7 and 8 which is recorded by the jail administration has a lot of intelligence. It was bought and sold among about 30 people. An FIR has been made against him. Because no one has the right to buy or sell it. This is government land.

BJP leader Akash Saxena has told that this land from Khasra number 512 to 519 is registered in the hanging house in Rampur jail. Once upon a time, there used to be a hanging house here. It is alleged that Azam Khan got it done in the name of his elder son Adeeb Azam Khan. On this complaint, a case has been filed against more than 30 people with Adeeb Azam Khan.
