Ayodhya: After the verdict of the apex court on the Ayodhya case of Uttar Pradesh, its effect on the prices of land has started showing. Since PM Modi has done Bhoomi Poojan of Ram temple, the prices of lands in Ayodhya are touching the sky. The land which was earlier sold in Biswa is now being sold in square feet. People related to the business of land say that demand for land has increased a lot these days. People are looking for land in Ayodhya for most hotels and restaurants and Dharamshala.

There are 4 villages that are closest to Ayodhya Maja Varhata, Shahnava, Majha Jamthara, Meerapur Duaba. All these villages are situated on the banks of river Saryu. In one of these villages, the state government is making efforts to install the world's tallest statue of Lord Ram (251 meters). According to sources, the sale and purchase of large lands in these areas is banned.

When the process of installing a 251-meter high statue of Lord Rama started in Meerapur Duaba, adjoining Ayodhya, the people of Meerapur Duaba knocked on the court and protested, accusing the administration of low compensation. After which now preparations are on to install the world's highest statue of Lord Rama in Majha Varhata.
