Aurangabad: Adverse incidents are taking place in parts of Maharashtra due to incessant rains. Amidst all this, landslides are being reported from Aurangabad in Maharashtra this morning. A massive landslide is said to have taken place here. Meanwhile, several vehicles have been buried in the debris of landslides. Traffic is said to have been jammed due to road closure and no vehicle is able to pass through the area. Now the policemen are trying to remove the debris. Recently, The Indian Meteorological Department has informed that Mumbai and its suburbs will continue to receive rain during the next 24 hours due to the low-pressure area in western parts of Vidarbha.

It has also been said that moderate rain may occur at most places. At the same time, heavy to very heavy rainfall (less than 15 cm) may occur at different places. During the next 24 hours, thundershowers may occur at isolated places and adjoining areas of East, Southeast, North East, North, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Dadri, Meerut, and Modinagar with light to moderate intensity. Moderate to heavy rain is possible in Telangana, Marathwada, Vidarbha, and parts of north Konkan and Goa. At the same time, heavy rain is possible at some places with light to moderate rainfall in Parts of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, South and Eastern Rajasthan, Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, parts of Andhra Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim.

Let me tell you all that meteorologists say that light to moderate rain may occur in Bihar, Jharkhand, Gangiya West Bengal, North East India, Odisha, parts of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Lakshadweep, Rayalaseema, interior Karnataka and parts of Tamil Nadu. In addition, light rain is possible in Haryana, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and western parts of Rajasthan.
